Requirements

SL Developer Info has been tested with ExpressionEngine 1.6.x.

If you have the jQuery for the Control Panel extension (included by default in ExpressionEngine 1.6.5 and above) installed and activated, jQuery will be used for the in-page “jump to” navigation on the Weblogs and Templates pages.

However, this is not a requirement, and the module will function just fine without it.

Installation

1. Extract the ZIP file.
2. Copy modules/sl_developer_info/ to your system/modules folder.
3. Copy language/english/lang.sl_developer_info.php to your system/language/english folder.
4. Open the Modules page, and enable SL Developer Info.

If you have LG Addon Updater installed, you can also install the SL Developer Info extension, to automatically check for updates. Here’s how:

1. Copy extensions/ext.sl_developer_info_ext.php to your system/extensions folder.
2. Copy language/english/lang.sl_developer_info_ext.php to your system/language/english folder.
3. Open the Extensions Manager, and enable SL Developer Info.
4. Open the SL Developer Info settings, specify Yes for “Check for Updates?”, and save.

Usage

Once installed, simply click on the SL Developer Info link on the Modules page to view information about your Weblogs, Templates, File Upload Preferences, and Global Variables.
